now go to the launcher settings. If you’re using Nova launcher it will be in the top right of the app drawer while it is open. If you’re using Aviate, the settings menu is in the spaces sub menu(just swipe from left to right on your screen and you will get the spaces menu).
Look for something like look and feel and or icon pack/theme. Tap it and select the installed icon pack.
That is all you have to do to activate the icon pack. Once you do that the icons from the downloaded icon pack will be activated and you will see those icons for all the applications. There could be some other settings in the dashboard app which came with the icon pack. So be sure to check that as well.
